Wormgear/ CycloidGear Nema 8 Stepper

Wormgear 40 teeth (Modul 0.5) for a NEMA 8 stepper (HANPOSE 20BYGH33) motor with two ball bearings (MR128ZZ 8*12*3.5). The gears where created using FreeCADs gear workbench (FreeCAD 19). I printed this with FDM and a MSLA printer and both gearboxes worked. The FDM version worked without lubricant but the MSLA version needed lubricatiing to work. Also I had to use a needle file (triangular shaped) to clear the threads on both gears (MSLA and PLA version) but that was pretty easy to do. Screws: 4x M2x6 Hex (for stepper motor) 2x M3x8 Hex Update: The resin printed worm and cycloid gear sometimes locked up, so I changed the geometry a bit to prevent that from happening. Update 2: Switched from a HANPOSE 20BYGH33 to a HANPOSE 20BYGH50 (a bit longer in diameter) because I needed a bit more torque.
