Wouxun UV8D Cradle

A cradle for Wouxun's UV8D dual band handheld HAM radio. I wanted a solution that allows me to mount the handheld on the dash for monitoring 70cm/2m traffic occasionally. I don't have a mobile set-up in the car and could find no suitable holder. I've added AMPS compatible countersunk holes so that it can fit any of the AMPS mounts including those from RAM etc. For my usage I've attached it to a Brodit swivel mount and the clipped that to one of their ProClips. (www.brodit.com). Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: Print front up with raft (optional but works better for me) and support. This should load into your slicer correctly by default, it does in Simplify 3D. Printed perfectly on my Flashforge Creator Pro using Simplify 3D's Medium ABS print profile set at default.
