This is simple key wrench for hex nuts with 32mm outer diameter. I use it for installing beer taps in my kegerator. The beer taps needs 5/8 adapter to hose on its shank. I made this model in OpenSCAD, so anyone can modify it for different nuts size. Just download scad file and change parameter "NUT_SIZE". Inspiration by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959962 Print Settings Printer: DIY Prusa i3 Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: I made it from PLA and scale it in slic3r to 104%. It fits into 32mm nut without any problem.
