Just a basic rack to screw to a wall or the edge of a work bench to hold allen wrenches and screwdrivers. The small holes are 7.5mm dia. and have tubes extending below the shelf in order to allow a 6mm or smaller allen wrench to be dropped into the hole without falling through. The bigger holes without the tubes are 12mm dia and intended for things like screwdrivers.
