I adjusted the size of the model and changed the latch positions to give more support. the most significant change tough is that I rounded all the outer edges as well as the edges of the thumb hole. With this change I have no issues wearing the brace 24/7. I switched to this brace after a Galeazzi fracture which didn't heal well in the first 6 weeks. I had issues with the hospital given brace that it wasn't breathable and started to be smelly very quickly. This one is also very easy to clean. I printed it with TPU to give it some flex. If you want it to be stiffer u can use PLA. Since the original was solid I tweaked CURA to create the triangle infill. I attached the according settings and the CURA file.
