WTB Silverado Bike Saddle mount for Garmin Varia

This model allows a Garmin Varia to fit onto a WTB Silverado Saddle (Medium size). It also has small hoops to mount a small saddle bag. This model has similar geometries to the Giant Recon light design I have just published at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5952210 . There is also a test print to check the saddle rail fitment prior to committing a lot of plastic and time to print the main model. It may be possible that the rail geometry is similar on other WTB saddle types (Let me know now so I can update it here.) You may want to have a tether for your valuable Varia to hook to your saddle rail just in case the print breaks (in photo shows the tether I made for mine) , it also may slow down would be thieves. You will also need : - A Garmin compatible fitting bracket (eg Ali Express item 1005004864806552 ) these come with 2 small 3mm screws. - 2 brass thread inserts ( 3mm thread, OD =4mm, Length = 4mm ) - 10mm x 3mm Cap head bolts (qty = 4) - 3mm hex nut or 3mm Nyloc nut (qty = 4) - use thread locker if not Nyloc. I would recommend the use of PETG for this print for strength and temperature tolerance. Attached screenshot shows how I aligned it for slicing mainly to get flexible strength into model and to make it semi manageable to remove the necessary supports after printing. I have used the alpha 6 version of the Prusa slicer 2.6 (hopefully fully released soon) as I have found the organic supports feature to be far superior in the ability to remove them cleanly from a print, especially with PETG. After printing and with the supports removed, I recommend that you use a 3mm drill to clean out the bolt holes and use one of the bolts to wind in the hex nuts into the Part b print prior to assembly. The holes for the Garmin bracket 3mm thread insert are fitted from the saddle end and there is a step ledge in the hole to stop the insert going all the way through. Once again use a longer 3mm bolt to draw in the thread inserts (see photo). Thread locker is recommended. Similar fitting brackets can also be found online that have the thread insert in the bracket itself and I think there is enough room to get a bolt into the hole as well as a hex key to tighten (but I haven't verified). There are other types of fitting brackets for Wahoo's and Bryton mount types, but I do not know if the fitting holes need to be rotated 90 degrees to make them work. (if someone knows then let me know and I can put out a variant to suit)
