WW1 Petrol and Oil tins.

WW1 Petrol and Oil tins.

thingiverse

This is a pretty simple model of a pretty simple object. But no-one seem to have made them available! In the UK during the early 20th century petrol, paraffin, oil and other similar fluids were supplied is screw top 2 gallon 'tins' painted in bright colours. In WW1 these were used for all sorts of purposes by British forces, and played the role later taken by 'flimsies' and then the jerrycan in WW2. This example is scaled to 1:35, so the detail is pretty basic but the size is accurate. OOPS! PLEASE INVERT THE MODEL BEFORE PRINTING!!!!
