X- Axis Belt Mounting Bracket (Cocoon Create, Wanhao Di3 v2, etc.)

Note: this design has now been upgraded with a ratchet tensioner here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1455213 The X-Axis belt configuration on the Cocoon Create isn't well designed. This is my attempt to improve the termination brackets and slide. It's not perfect, but I think it's a little better. It mounts with 2x m4 screws using the unused outer threaded holes of the upper linear bearing blocks. It is designed and tested for the Cocoon Create, but should be the same for Wanhao Duplicator I3 v2 and any of the other re-badged Duplicators with the triple steel x-axis bearing blocks. It could probably do with a built-in tensioner as this bracket does reduce the limit clearances a little. meaning that the spring tensioner needs to be placed very close to the bracket. If I get around to solving that I'll update the design. Print Settings Printer: Cocoon Create (Wanhao Duplicator I3 v2) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: It is a critical part, so use a high infill / shell layer count for durability.
