When tightening the x belt too much, the acrylic piece broke so I used cable ties to tighten it meanwhile the replacement part I designed was printed. It fits on my version of prusa i3, with a plastic frame of 6mm thickness. Printed in PC-Plus, a very strong polycarbonate, with nozzle temperature at 250 C - 270 C and bed at 80 C. Made with RhinoWIP and exported to .stl , .3dm , .dwg , and .obj . Print Settings Printer: Hacked Prusa Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100
