X Carriage Assembly for Mendelmax 1.5 with LM10UU Bearings

This is my design for an X carriage and extruder for my mendelmax 1.5. I designed it in Fusion 360 and it's available here: http://a360.co/2rOfTfF It's obviously a remix of a Greg Wade's extruder (specifically the Jonas Kueling reloaded) but the orifices are sized specifically to fit a E3D V6 All Metal Extruder. Cut the PTFE tube so that it extends up all the way through the extruder and ends just below the hobbed bolt. There is also a retainer that fits snugly in the heatsink groove and then bolts to the bottom of the extruder with 2 M4 screws and nuts. The extruder screws to the carriage with 2 M3 screws and nuts. For the idler bearing I simply used Jonas Kuehling's excellent design located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379/#files It is the one labeled "jonasKueling_gregs-wade-v3_idler-only.stl" The x carriage includes a mount for a 40mm cooling fan and is spec'd for 3 LM10UU linear bearings. The bearings should snap in pretty tight but if there is any play you can also zip tie them down. I zip tied mine just for extra security.
