I'm excited to share this remix based on my previous design at Thingiverse: 92517. To create a seamless integration, I've incorporated the E3D Titan extruder and E3D V6 hot end into this new version. A fan is specifically designed to cool the hot end, while another fan focuses on cooling the part itself. This custom-designed part is tailored for Prusa V2 users with 50mm rod spacing and LM8UU compatibility. For optimal results, it's essential to print these parts in ABS plastic. To enhance layer bonding, I recommend lightly brushing the printed part with acetone – a simple yet effective technique that yields impressive results. The Titan bracket will be secured using acetone for an effortless installation process. In contrast, the other components are firmly attached using self-tapping screws. There's ample space within this design to accommodate an automatic Z-probe for auto-leveling capabilities. While it's not a priority feature at present, I'm planning to add this functionality in future updates.
