X-Carve Dust Boot

This is an experimental dust boot for the X-Carve CNC. The brush strip is from McMaster Carr: http://www.mcmaster.com/#7900t5/=yfh5aq Instructions Print it out using a 3D printer. One of the holes in the top receives a 3/4" PVC pipe that you can attach to your spindle using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:858138. The other hole is for the spindle. There is a slot on the bottom side of the shoe for receiving a brush strip, The one I used is available at McMaster Carr here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#7900t5/=xilsl2 Attach your shop vac or a dust collector to the top of the PVC pipe, and you are ready to roll!
