Wanted covers so the fancy bits on the y-carriage facing the spindle don't get dirty, so I modelled some up. You are going to need 6 ea 6.1mm ball magnets for each cover, so a total of 12. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 30% Notes: Just printed it hard and fast, nothing special. Post-Printing Step 1: Insert Magnets Push the magnets into the holes on the piece. I used a c-clamp to press them in flush with the rim. Step 2: Install Cover Just put the cover on. You won't have to take anything apart from a stock x-carve (1000mm).
