X-MAXX Rear Bumper Light Bar

Inspired by the original rear LED light bar bumper by [theblackspyder](https://www.thingiverse.com/theblackspyder), this is a new take on the design to make it closer to the original in appearance as well as internal fit to the bumper support for added strength. This should drastically increase the durability of the bumper in crashes as the internal bumper support braces against the frame of the bumper for torsional and shear stresses, rather than relying only on the screw mounts which can rip through the bumper's face. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for improvements.
