This remix will allow you to keep the original lid on while printing PLA/TPU/PETG (just found out PETG will have heat creep inside the enclosed XPLUS3 as well). All you need is to slide the vent to open it.Use M3 set screw with Nylock on the other side to let you grab the slider easilyFor the Slider, I uploaded the MMU option so if you want, you can make it fancy. If you only have a single extruder (like me), you can follow this tutorial hereFor best quality, print in PETG at least so your riser won't get deformed while you print ABS/ASATolerance is set to 0.2mm. If your printer can't achieve that tolerance, please let me know so I can readjustStep file is provided as well if you want to add more modification to the design.After assembled, the lid will be raised 2.75 inches (65mm) above the printerIf you think the model is useful, please feel free to donate to support future development workMaterial: At least PETG.
