X-tech caliper for M365 with 140mm disc

Remixed to use 140mm disc which uses all of the pad. I have modified the original to lift the caliper up 4mm. This also strengthens the mount at it's thinnest part so is stronger. Be careful with the threads in the aluminium, I had to re tap mine. Aircraft grade aluminium, typical chinesium more like. I'll never fly with Air China :-( I used this 3 hole disk and drilled the other 4 to match the hub. https://www.funbikes.co.uk/p5471_funbikes-petrol-uber-scoot-2x-50cc-brake-disc-140mm The inside diameter of this disc is 29mm but there is a little ridge on the hub at 30mm so you will need to file this off to get the disc to sit flat on the hub. The braking distance is improved from 4 metres to about 1.5 mtrs at top speed. I found the weakest part of this scooter was the brakes, much happier now. Cost is about £40, well worth it for the extra safety. Update: xtechtr3.stl is a cleaned up version and might print better. Wheel1 and wheel4 are templates to drill the disc to fit the hub. Position one hole over one of the three holes in the disc and mark and drill the other 4 holes so that you have 5 holes in the disc. The first hole used will have to be reamed a little to fit the hole in the hub. One is small holes for marking and the other has large holes for checking alignment. Make sure you have filed off the ridge on the hub before marking. Make sure the disc is central to the hub before marking. I just downloaded it as a test but the new files are not in the download so they will need to be downloaded separately by clicking on xtechtr3, wheel1 and wheel3, don't know why this is happening, Thingiverse is not good at file handling, had problems before.
