X-Wing pilot, shield, upgrade card tray

This is a remix combo of the two Things: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1478790 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481792 I liked the idea of a thinner tray, but didn't want large combined tray like in the 2nd remix. The originals were designed in 123D and I wanted to do something with OpenSCAD so I created them in OpenSCAD and redesigned them. The token slots are fixed to properly fit all the tokens and cards. Code could be a little cleaner, but meh. There are some options on the pilot tray if you dont want to use the condition token and replace it with a ship number token. I may change this around at a later time so Thingiverse Customizer can be used to change these, but for now you'll have to it yourself.
