Just in time for the holiday gift wrapping! I felt inspired by the original design for the cylindrical wrapping paper cutting tool, and designed this from the ground-up with a slot for an X-ACTO #11 blade, plus a handle to help hold the tool, and a hinged door for a Scotch pop-up tape insert.
