This is my entire x5s project. I apologize it's not a full buildout with part numbers and whatnot. If you are seriously interested in building anything on it, I'll update the information as requested. Right now I just wanted to get it posted, and go from there. I will say that it is using a 400x400 cr10 bed, duet wifi, 3 screw bed leveling. Esto 1" square tubing for the bed frame, Uxcell 17x25mm bed screws, 450mm linear rails all around. The Z height is limited by the bed assembly, but I don't print tall things. I print many small things so I maximized the gantry travel. You should have around 370x370mm X/Y travel. I'm not sure about the Z. The kinematic bed is using Kossel 10mm steel balls with 4mm thread. Right now, the bed mounts were just prototypes to verify the kinematic angles worked, and to prove the concept. They are just V grooves, that I had placed UHMW tape bearing surfaces onto. It all worked very well! One day I will upgrade it from V blocks to steel dowels. The extruder carraige is devolved from the BLV MGN cube, and heavily modified. The xy pulleys are 20 tooth. I hope someone finds some inspiration in this at least, and you can pick and choose parts you would like to make. I did try to make the linear pulley setup as simple as possible. The belt actually is twisted on the long run from the motor to the corner brackets, so that the belt runs smooth side against all of the 3x10 flanged bearings. (623zz maybe?) There are a handfull of 5x60mm SCHS, a ton of 5x10 screws, and a few 3x35mm. Other than that, it's mostly common hardware kit parts. My duet wifi case is also included, as well as the SSR holder and a faceplate for the upgraded power entry module.
