X5SA Pro Corner stiffening Corner Bracket

<p>I wanted additional stiffening of the frame in the Y direction.</p> <p>Since the x5sa pro has the linear profiles, I had to create something new for this.</p> <p>The bracing can of course also be used on the corners with v slot profiles.</p> <p>Instead of the y holder, print out the adapter piece twice.</p> <p>Tested with the x5sa 300 pro</p> <p>The following components are required for fastening:</p> <p>2 pcs M 4 nuts</p> <p>2 x M4 x 20 screws</p> <p>1 pc M4 x 16 screws</p> <p>1 pc M4 T nut</p> <p>Ich wollte eine zusätzliche aussteifung des Rahmens in die Y Richtung haben.</p> <p>Da der x5sa pro über die linear Profile verfügt musste ich hierfür etwas neues erstellen.</p> <p>Die aussteifung kann natürlich auch an den Ecken mit v slot Profilen eingesetzt werden hierfür dann anstelle der y Aufnahme 2x das Adapter Stück ausdrucken.</p> <p>Getestet mit dem x5sa 300 pro</p> <p>zur befestigung werden folgende Komponenten benötigt:</p> <p>2 St. M 4 Muttern</p> <p>2 St. M4 x 20 Schrauben</p> <p>1 St. M4 x 16 Schrauben</p> <p>1 St. M4 T Mutter</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.2</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>15</p></div> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>I printed the components with 3 perimeters and 15% cubic infill.</p> </p></p> Category: 3D Printer Parts
