Xayah, the Deep Witch

This is my interpretation of Xayah, from League as a siren of the depths. She lures passing ships and whales into the waiting arms of her bretheren. Her outfit is festooned with bits and bobs stolen from particularly… interesting catches. The charms contain the souls of her most ardent vitcims and she uses them to further enhance her deep magic. Suffice it to say, you don’t want to see her in a dark canal.
