Have you glued your antenna to a stick, glued the stick to a helmet, put on the helmet, then tried to walk through a doorway only to find you have destroyed a perfectly good XBee? Well fear no more! Print a protecting case! Here are links to the parts used in this project:XBee with U.FL ConnectorInterface CableLarge Duck AntennaXBee Explorer USB (4) M3x12 Bolts Enjoy! Instructions I printed in ABS so if it decides to run into another door frame it can have a bit of flex. Simply bolt the two halves together with (4) M3x12 Bolts *Edit Don't use the little nut from the interface cable. It's no longer needed anyway since the case is holding everything. By not using it you get a little slack in your interface cable thus giving you added projection in case of a traumatic smack down! Thanks to Notloc in the comments for the suggestion.
