XBIB XBee Interface Board Case

This is a case for the XBee Interface Board (XBIB). It should work with the version that has the two sets of LEDs, barrel connector for power, and USB Type B port on one side (XBIB-U-DEV, XBIB-U-SS). There are five total standoffs beneath the board supporting it with three of them having pegs that will slide into the mounting holes in the board. Friction alone seems to do a decent job of keeping it in place. No top is included as part of the case and the bottom is open to speed printing and reduce material. I've attached the scad file in case you want to customize it with OpenSCAD. I've paramaterized some things like the wall thickness and heights for standoffs. The walls of the attached sql are 1.6 mm so if you have a 0.4mm nozzle you will probably want to print with four layers for the best outcome. As is it will probably only work if your XBee has a chip, whip or U.FL antenna. XBees with an RPSMA will probably collide with the case. I don't have any surface mount XBees handy so I wasn't able to check if they overhang (if they do they won't fit the case). Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I printed with both PLA and PETG with no supports. Depending on how well your printer is at bridging you might have some problems bridging the cutouts for the power jack and usb port without some sagging (mine handled PLA perfectly, PETG needing some light sanding). The attached stl has 1.6mm walls so I went with (0.8mm) since I have a 0.4mm nozzle and wanted to avoid infill on them. The wall thickness if customizable in the scad file so you can tweak it to your liking. With the above settings the rigidity and strength of the PLA versions was pretty nice. The PETG version was a stronger but I didn't like the feel quite as much.
