This is a fix for a USB cover on Xbox 360 Phat models. Required extra materials: - [spring](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001950297656.html), you are going to need 0.4 x 2.1 x 180 one - 0.75 sq.mm solid core wire (or any other metal rod with 1mm diameter), very small piece, about 10mm You'll also have to shave off a little plastic nub on the cover itself (see second photo) Spring also needs to be bent into a particular shape - first bend it outwards a bit (third picture), and then shape rest of the lead like in the fourth photo: most important part is bend A, it will tension the spring once installed. Bend B is optional, but it will make installation much easier (it will let it slide in place without digging into plastic). Once you're done with bending, trim the rest of bent lead and assemble whole thing - piece of wire that we'll be using as axis should click in the groves somewhat tightly. Then you'll need to push bent end of the spring under the metal plate attached to the faceplate (on the right in the first picture) and after that you can put the printed part on the cover flap itself. It should fit snugly, but you can glue it in place if you want to. Here's the resulting restored flap in action: https://imgur.com/Nzn5ZK3
