The left thumb will be raised a little over 7mm on a wider surface, this will increase your movement and relax your thumb (comfortable/20). Perfectly fits Xbox Series and Xbox One joysticks and won't damage your controllers! WARNING: Your original Joysticks must be in new condition for this to hold!!! Otherwise you need to buy new ones.
