CROSS COUNTRY SKI BINDING INTERFACE INTERFACE to mount a SNS-Pilot binding on a IFP-Ski. This ultralight interface (11g par ski) allows to mount directly the SNS-Pilot binding on skis and to be used as a jig to drill the skis. The rear shim has 2 sizes (Small as shown on pictures, and Large if not cutting the binding rear end). There is a shim geometry for each position on skis, according to the IFP graduation: Pos-2 => not compatible with the design !! Pos-1 => OK Pos 0 => OK Pos 1 => OK Pos 2 => OK 1) Download the shims (front & rear) + jig part, according to the position requested on skis. 2) Place the shims on ski (middle hole of front shim is showing the boot axe), with the Jig part on it, and hold it in place with some clamps. 3) Drill throught the 2 holes of the Jig part with a 3.6 drill bit. 4) Remove the Jig part and drill the ski throught the front shim (front and rear holes) and the rear shim. 5) remove the shims and enlarge the holes with a 6 mm drill bit. 6) replace the shims on skis and mount the SNS-Pilot binding on top on shims. Parts could be printed in PETG or Nylon. It is designed to be printed on 30 cm length bed. I share also the CAD file, because you may need to change a little bit the tolerance, according to your printer's precision, to perfectly fit the shims into the IFP ski-rails. Enjoy it, upgrade the CAD file if necessary and share it.
