The X-carriage has been further improved with easy assembly without screws or cable ties, resulting in faster printing times. Notable features include a wiring loom support at the rear and integrated wiring holes for fan connections. A ducted front fan cools the J-head barrel, while a rear fan cools the work area. Simple cable tie belt clamps have been used, along with an inline belt tensioner to eliminate slack. For optimal results, slide in the LM8UU's from the ends to prevent splitting, which will hold securely in place. To achieve the best print quality, print at a 40% fill and with two or three perimeters.
