After running 700+ kilometers and a half-marathon I think it's safe to say that are fairly reliable. <br><br><strong>Before using:</strong> Heat earhook bend until its flimpsy like a noodle and put earbuds in, after that form earhook around ear. Be careful it's hot!<br> </p>
