The Xiaomi temperature and humidity sensor is securely held in place by hand. To mount it, simply drive a common drywall screw into the surrounding wall or fasten it down with a ziptie. A small flat bit at the top of the mounting hole makes zip-tie installation a breeze. I deliberately kept material usage to an absolute minimum on this design.
