First off thanks to SkyRazznet for the initial file. After I printed this file I found that the stand off holes and the side rail holes did not match up with the original frame holes. So that was my basic edit but while I was at it i added a couple of holes and removed the U section at the back of the frame. The square holes were added to be able to zip tie my piezo buzzer the the frame in the back. Printed in PETG and found the frame a bit flexible. Haven't flown it yet but plan to this week. I just ordered some ABS so I will probably print the frame again next weekend. So far I expect the frame to be too flexible and will vibrate a lot. 12-8-2022 Printer in PET-G: Too flexible Printed in ABS: Still too flexible Printed in PA6-CF Nylon: Increased the frame thickness to 5 mm. Made the arch holes longer, they would not fit in the originial. The thickness seems to be pretty good. Put all the components on the frame and hovered in my garage. Just waiting for the rain to stop and everything to dry out before taking her out for a good fly. I wanted to weigh it but forgot.
