XL Advanced Delta Printer Calibration

XL Advanced Delta Printer Calibration

This is an extra large version of the Advanced Delta Printer Calibration part by dolpin (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:745523). Full credit goes to dolpin for the original design, and the associated explanation. Please see his part for associated templates and procedure. I remixed the part so that I could calibrate my Openbeam Kossel XL more accurately - this part fills the print bed up to nearer the edge, so you get a better idea of the printer performance near the edge of the bed, which is what I was having difficulty with. Note that you will need to print out the paper calibration template in A3. The upright parts are 80mm outside, 70mm inside (original is 60mm and 50mm). I did not emboss the X, Y and Z in the spokes either - you can tell the part orientation because there is an additional point between the X and Y spokes. Hope this is helpful to someone! Getting the tower angles exactly right was crucial to getting my printer calibrated.
