EDIT: 18/06/2016 In response to a comment, I've uploaded a thicker back - 0.5mm thicker than the original. I hope this will make those who were having difficulties happier? I also uploaded the original .blend file (not thick back) if anyone wants to redesign it in depth. My own work-in progress design for a Z5 Compact case. Simple and pragmatic, needs supports for the power/volume/camera button openings. Still a WIP until I make sure the phone can't really get loose of the case. I printed my latest version in Polyflex, and it's just a tiny bit loose. But the rubbery texture makes sure it doesn't slip off too easily. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: KosselMini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: The slicer may get a little weird around the bevelled edges towards the power button. However it needs the bevel if your finger is to properly reach the fingerprint scanner built-into the button. I'm still calibrating my printer as well, so if yours is a bit loose in the phone, please let me know so I can correct the design until I've gotten my printer to print properly. You may want a brim to keep the corners from peeling, depending on your printer.
