The white front brake clamp on my xr400 broke, so I modeled and printed one. Since installing this printed piece I have gone through some pretty rough terrain at high and low speeds and it has held wonderfully. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 100 Notes: Firstly, Scale the model by 25.3 times, then use 100% infill and 0.25 layer height because its ideal for the strongest print of this model Post-Printing Install This fits on just like the original but with the use of 3 zip ties, as the pla i used was not flexible enough to fit around the forks.
