XT-60 Power Distro

XT-60 Power Distro

Just simple power distribution using XT-60 connectors and two copper bars. Leads should be fused with appropriate values. As well as the input lead, which can be plugged into one of the six connectors. Several versions of the case parts. The source files are included so you can modify them to your liking. the parts with "new" at the end are my final versions. You will need a 100W~ or more powerful soldering iron to get a good join between the connectors and copper bars as well as the power input lead. x6 25mm long M3 screws are what will secure everything with the addition of x6 M3 nuts that will hold down the bar straps. The copper bars in the cad drawing are about 1/8th in / 3.175mm. Case can be 3D printed, just increase the amount of wall lines. One could also drill out the M3 thread sized hole for M3 nut inserts (I've not tested this so you are on your own for this.) EDIT: I've added a version of the case for use with nut inserts. The hole in the step and obj is 3.9mm. And the "copper bar larger" was modified so it can be sent off to a laser cutting service like sendcutsend. As the other version didn't follow their recommendations. There is also a version of the case top with holes for 3mm leds so you can have power indicators. Let me know if you print this out and complete the whole thing, I want to know how well it works.
