XT60 and 6S Balance Plug Bulkhead

Created this to connect a parallel charging board inside a .50cal Ammo box and an external lipo charger. For the bulkhead, I used ABS at 30% infill and 100% infill for the cable hook. I also scaled up by .30% to factor in ABS shrinkage. You may need to play around with your settings to get the plugs in to fit. You can use the "XT60_Bulkhead_Test" file to test you printer settings. As for the balance plug, there is a lip the plug rest on. Install from the inside out. Depending on the extension adapter you use, you may need to detach the plug from the wires first in order to fit through the opening. Materials needed for my build: .50cal Ammo Box (picked up one at Harbor Freight) XT60 Parallel charging board XT60 Connectors 6s balance lead extension 4-M3x12mm screws 4-M3 nuts shrink tube 3M doublesided tape (4611 VHB) Drill small vents to prevent overheating. I would also add cement board to the side of the box you installed the bulkhead. This will help protect the bulkhead in case of a fire.
