I designed and printed these for my Xtension 4 Player Control Board - https://www.recroommasters.com/Xtension-4-Player-Control-Board-Ultimate-Edition-p/rm-xt-sd-board-4p-ult.htm I'm not sure if it will fit other models, and I'm not sure all other control panels will have the exact same dimensions, but I would assume so. The square is about 90~ mm which is large enough for a tall boy can, but not quite big enough for a 40oz (if that is important to you!) I do have the tinkercad pieces still so I could probably design a larger one, leave a comment if that is something you would want I could probably add it.
