In Italy the sicks are moved by military aircraft from North to South Italy daily, because the fans are very few. The peak: in Italy the number of infections and deaths is stable.There is a double situation:1 - the North has been in red alert since a month;2 - in the Center-South the contagions and the dead are lower, even if in progressive ascent.The time factor is very important.I would have divided this contest into two phases, as did the United States during the Second World War with the M3 and M4 tanks production.I better explain myself:the USA studied and analized the English experience in North Africa against the Italian-German troops, in which the English Valentine tanks had to confront the Panzer IV with the 75 mm gun.The Valentine had a gun of only 40 mm, surpassed even by the Italian 47 mm gun too!The problem was solved by the Americans by studying an emergency tank, the M3 Stuart. The Stuart used a tracked and armored hull already in production in the USA in 1930', but armed only with machine gunners.The problem was solved by integrating a 75 mm casemate gun of naval origin.At the same time the study began of a big tank with a 75-76 and 85 mm turret gun, the M4 Sherman.In summary:1 - M3 was immediately available with the 75 gun; 2 - M4 came later and replaced the M3. In Covid19 War I propose to start a double parallel study:1 - a simplified pulmonary ventilator to be put into production in short time;2 - a more complex fan to be put into production in two months. On operational point of view I have to decide whether to focus on the M3 or the M4 (or first one and then the other).I hope I was clear.Regards
