Thanks to iDig3Dprinting for his fantastic xyz calibration cube that I have printed so many times. After (felt) hundreds of cubes I got this genious idea: " modify it so that it has a use after the printer calibration test " With tinkercad I made a hole in the bottom so that I can put a neodymium magnet inside. There are two versions: round: uses 10mm height, 5mm diameter cylinder magnets square: uses 5mm cube magnets Be aware that the hole is exactly 5mm ... maybe you need to calibrate your printer so that it really prints 5mm holes. As a workaround Cura could use "horizontal expansion", e.g. -0.04 or -0.08mm Height of the hole is 5.2 mm (cube) and 10.2 mm (cylinder) ... little space for maybe not 100% perfect bridging inside the xyz cube. Put the xyz cube with magnet on your refrigerator's door to hold notes, etc. Save the lives of your children... little neodymium magnets can kill your child if eaten. Handle with care! This xyz cube can reduce the risk of the magnets. Disclaimer: yes... I know that the print on the pictures is not that beautiful... these are test cubes with bad settings :-)
