This is a top mount carbon filter and fan housing for the Da Vinci AiO 1.0. Tired of smelling the abs. Got enough of that racing motorcycles and repairing the oh shit moments. Should need very little support , the pieces are broke down to lay as flat as possible on the printer bed. I printed both vents at one time, as well as both mid pieces at the same time. The fan housings will have to be done one side at a time. The mid pieces and the vents are super glued together for further strength. These will slip right over the printer top housing. The top fan piece (80 mm fans) is press fit and held in place from the weight of the fans for easy access and removal when needed. In the fan housing is just a carbon filter pad bought at the local pet store cut to fit. This is my first full design for 3D printing. Any suggestions, or comments are welcome. Powering the fans is up to you. I do not take any responsibility for damages caused from anyone choosing to use this idea. Updated on 11/9/15 to include lineup tabs for gluing and adjust mid section to better fit lid. Had some issues with the print layers to no fault of the design as you can see in the mid part. Going to epoxy fill and leave since it is not visible. i put the hook on the wrong side for the wire so DON'T do what I did. This is to help keep the top wire up and out of the way. Do not zip tie or fasten. I'm using a carbon pad made by Aqua Globe. It is 10"x30" and can get about 8 pads out of it. I would guess that is equal to over a year.
