Like the DaVinci XYZ refillable cartridge thing (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:639913) by KnightwithouthFilament this is a device for holding together filament cartridges from XYZ Printing after you have cracked them open for refilling/resetting. After you crack the cartridge open, break off any of the locking tabs that hold the cartridge halves together, and instead use this clamp to hold the halves together so the cartridge will open easily the next time you want to refill it. Print Settings Printer: XYZ daVinci 1.0 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm layers / 0.4mm nozzle Infill: 15% Notes: The threads inside my nut had some "hairs" radiating toward the center. I trimmed those with an exacto knife. I also filed the threads on the bolt a bit for smoother action.
