XYZ daVinci Jr Quick Release for E3D hotend (+BL touch)

<p>My daVinci Jr 1.0 has been ‘hacked’. It run's a pi3 with ramps 1.4. One item I really wanted to move away from was the stock hotend. With the quick release being and Issue I'd set about to remix some other design to create this one.
