Only tested on RAMPS modified Jr but should work on stock firmware as well, just ensure you adjust Z offset. This mount doesn't have place for hotend PCB, you'll need to relocate it if used with stock firmware. Purpose of this design is: to use stock hotend to have silent/quiet fan therefore reduce overal noise of the machine no gap between "funnel" and the hotend (potentially to be able to do flexible filament printing, obviously extruder needs to be modified for flexibles so not tested yet) have a compact solution overall You need 12v 50mm Radial Fan for this. Also I'd suggest to get one of those hotend insulation cotton wraps of aliexpress and stick it between copper hotend head and printed part. I did around 80h of printing so far with this mount and plastic underneath gone slightly shinier then the rest but isn't melted or so (printed in PLA btw) If you look at the design for "cold end" cooling side - that cone there in the middle is for "cyclone effect" airflow to make cooling a bit more efficient and evenly distributed across the heatsink. Also part cooling fan outlet is in angle so it doesn't hit hotend itself but only printed part.
