This is an effort to be able to easily adjust the tension on my y-belt, without any new holes in my Prusa i3 Hesine chassis. A bit over the top, undoubtedly, but it works, much much better than the way the original design wanted us to do it, and it was fun to make. ;-) I printed it all in one go, but for the little round thing, which I reprinted with a layer height of 0.1mm. It looked a lot better then. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Hesine Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: layer height: 0.3, the little round thing: 0.1mm Infill: 30 Notes: The supports (also in PLA) can clearly be seen in the picture from RepetierHost/Slic3r.
