Y axis belt tensioner with discreet adjust wheel

This is my Y tensioner, with a discreet wheel and no visible big screw. **It requires a printer with 40x20 profiles as frame to mount it (like Alfawise U20 / U30 or Longer LK1 / LK2).** **Edit:** I've added an alternative version of "static" part, usable with an Alfawise U20 (you can also use it on a U30, it will be easier to mount). You can reuse the default screws, and you will have to add a M4x30 hexagonal head + its knob (hexagonal too) of 10mm diameter + 4 thin screws to close the cover (diameter about 2.5mm). Beware when you print it: The main tolerance used for this design is 0.1mm. If your 3D printer is not precise enough, you will have to make adjustments by yourself. FYI, I've printed it at 0.2 with a cheap PLA filament, with support enable.
