I was having a huge problem with my heatbed bouncing up and down like a bucking bronco. After watching it for a long time I finally realized it was because the original parts only had 3 wheels and it would rotate on the side that only had one wheel. So I redesigned those parts to have 4 wheels. This eliminated my bouncing heatbed. I highly recommend adding heat-inserts to the holes on the bottom part, makes it so you can tighten/untighten the belts without worrying about ruining the plastic hole. These parts really need to be rigid so I would recommend 5 walls/perimeters and at least 20% infill (more infill if you want although perimeters adds way more strength than more infill). I also included a 10 mm spacer. These are the same size as needed for the original but in case you need some more you can print some. It assembles just like the originals except it needs a 4th wheel and associated screws. To make it easier to print I did not counter-sink the holes where the bed attachment screws go (only counter-sunk the holes where the wheel axles go). You may need longer screws because of that to attach it to the bottom heatbed plate. I created these in OpenSCAD and have included the source. It is quite parametric and all the variables are at top. The same file produces the bottom piece, top piece, and spacer. I didn't create a variable you could use to specify which part you wanted (got lazy) so just comment out the one you don't want, the bottom and top pieces can be done at the same time as the bottom piece is offset from the top piece, so they won't render on top of each other. The spacer has to be rendered separately though.
