This SingleAxisTensioner is a tailored modification of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:367760. I reengineered it to seamlessly replace the existing bearing mount of my RepRap G3D, leveraging the Prusa i3 design from Gadgets3D as inspiration. Several enhancements were made to this modified design compared to its original version: A reduction in width was implemented to accommodate a single bearing (formerly designed for 2) A precise recess in the screw plate keeps it securely in place The embedded nut's access hole is eliminated An inlet was integrated specifically for the bearing bolt nut 2016-01-24 Update: The Sketchup file underwent a comprehensive clean-up and refinement.
