You can find the layout dims for the new holes in the included drawing</p> <p>Update Feb 20> Decided that it could be thinner ( now 10mm was 12mm) and removed some material to make it lighter and reduce printing time. LMU and belt clamp remain the same as does the layout geometry</p> <p>Designed to be printed on a 180 X 180 bed ( in 2 parts- It will actually fit on 160 mm X 110 mm)</p> <p>and to allow full 200mm Y travel on a Prusa air 2 with LMU8 linear bearings.</p> <p>Depending on your printer you may need to drill some holes in the heated bed.</p> <p>Printed in PLA with 2 perimeters and at 60% fill</p> <p>Needs the following hardware :-</p> <p>M3 X 35mm Allen head bolt - 2 pcs ( center joint)</p> <p>M3 X 35mm Allen head bolt - 4 pcs ( stand offs for heated bed)</p> <p>M3 X 25mm Allen head bolt - 8 pcs ( linear bearing clamps)</p> <p>M3 X 25mm Allen head bolt - 4 pcs ( timing belt clamps)</p> <p>M3 nyloc nut -18 pcs</p> <p>M3 plain washer - 36 pcs</p> Category: 3D Printer Parts
