Y endstop for Prusa i3
thingiverse
I built this custom part for my new printer build. You won't need any zip ties, since it's designed to fit precisely onto the threaded rod at the bottom. Simply snap it on first, then rotate and snap it into place at the top. Strategically placed holes provide added strength while minimizing material use; they can also serve as alternative zip tie locations, though they're not strictly necessary. Holes for a limit switch are included near the top - for optimal results, secure them using CA glue (also known as super-glue). Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Honeycomb Pattern Notes: Printed in PLA at a temperature of 210 degrees Celsius and a heat bed temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
