First change the parts orientation to how you would like to print it! Yrodstock is for a stock I3, Yrod is for a mod set I am working on that uses offset bearing blocks to adapt a 3mm y carriage. You will need my bearing block file to use a 170mm spaced y carriage on the 140mm spaced wanhao. Or you can just use my mounts and drill holes for any distance you desire. Important factor is clearance between carriage and printer. Yrod holder lets the z prod sit lower then stock. My y rods were not even with the stock mounts and holes, deviations of 1mm easy. So I whipped up these little guys and they worked some magic! I made a hole for a m3 screw to tighten on the rod that goes on top or bottom, but I have not used one yet! My rods fit very snug into the mounts. You will need to mount these onto the rod ends, and then install your rod. This printed to perfect dimensions for me, let me know if you have any questions! Print Settings Printer: Duplicator i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2-.3 Infill: 30% and up Notes: I printed these fine in abs even bridging the m3 hole long ways, it should be an easy print. This is my first design uploaded, they all work great for me. If you run into any issues just contact me and I will work to resolve them for you ASAP.
