Y stage linear bearing holder for TOM

For my Y stage, I wanted to switch to linear bearings like those in my X stage carriage (Thing:14747). To achieve this, I designed a replacement part for the drive rib on the Y stage. The holder was printed using a TOM with a MK6+ on a heated build platform. My settings were 35% infill, .32mm layer height, zero shells, and a feed rate of 32mm/s (with raft and full support). For the belt block, I used 100% infill, .27mm layer height, zero shells, and a feed rate of 32mm/s (without raft or support). After printing both parts, clean up any mess on the holder and carefully clean the slots on the rib with an exacto. Press the bearings until they are flush with the edge of the protruding tabs but not fully in (see photo), then use a Y stage rod to check alignment. To replace the belt, remove the rib and take the old belt out. Install the new belt using the bearing block and two 3X20mm countersink screws and nuts to secure it on the holder. Finally, reassemble the Y stage after completing this challenging project of unscrewing many parts!
